How To Keep Memory In Mind..

Things must be done to keep the memories in the Mind:

1. Breakfast with carbohydrates
Start your day with a nutritious breakfast and contain carbohydrates. Because brain cells will require that the body converts carbohydrates into glucose for energy.

2. Light exercise before doing the activity
Exercise will increase blood flow, bringing much needed oxygen and glucose as fuel to the body. People can even learn vocabulary 20 percent faster when it is done after practice.

3. "Browsing" on the Internet
A study revealed, at least one hour a day is spent surfing the internet (it can stimulate parts of the frontal lobe that controls short-term memory).

4. Your eye movements
Practicing simple eye movements can improve long-term memory by 10 percent and help remember the important part of the information.

5. Brushing your teeth before bed
Dental hygiene not only affects the smile of beauty, but also important for memory. If the teeth are not cleaned then the gum can become inflamed making it easier for bad bacteria to enter the bloodstream. Then these bacteria can cause inflammation throughout the body including the brain that cause cognitive impairment. (AIS)
